If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the platform or purchase our services.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information while registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. Services

5. Pricing

Prices displayed on the platform are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to an order is the price shown or agreed at the time of purchase.

Taxes, domain charges, third-party platform charges or additional services may be applicable where specified.

6. Payment

Payments may be accepted through the payment methods made available by Vlogbir Premium.

• Online payment gateways may be provided where available.
• Manual UPI or bank payment may be available for selected services.
• Orders may require payment before development or production begins.
• Additional work outside the agreed scope may require additional payment.

7. Project Requirements

Clients are responsible for providing accurate content and information required to complete their project.

• Logo and brand assets
• Text and business information
• Images and videos
• Contact information
• Product or service information
• Other information reasonably required for the project

Delays in providing required material may affect the delivery timeline.

8. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is displayed with the applicable service or agreed separately with the client.

Delivery timelines may depend on the client's response time, availability of required information, revisions, third-party services and technical requirements.

9. Revisions

Revision limits may vary according to the purchased package.

Changes that substantially modify the original project scope may be treated as additional work and may incur additional charges.

10. Website Development

For website projects, the final deliverables depend on the selected package.

Domain registration, hosting, third-party plugins, premium themes, APIs, payment gateways and external software may be subject to separate terms, availability or renewal charges.

11. Domain & Hosting Renewals

Where domain or hosting is included for a limited period, renewal after the included period may require payment of the applicable renewal fee.

Failure to renew a domain or hosting service before its expiry may result in suspension, expiration or loss of the applicable service, subject to the policies of the relevant provider.

12. Third-Party Services

Projects may use third-party services such as payment gateways, hosting providers, domain registrars, APIs, social media platforms, analytics tools or external software.

Availability, pricing and functionality of such services may be controlled by their respective providers.

13. Client Content

The client represents that they have the necessary rights or permissions to use content supplied to Vlogbir Premium.

Clients must not provide content that infringes copyright, trademark, intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights of third parties.

14. Intellectual Property

Ownership and usage rights for project deliverables may depend on the service purchased and payment status.

Unless otherwise agreed, Vlogbir Digital retains rights to its pre-existing frameworks, reusable code, tools, templates and internal systems.

15. Portfolio Usage

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Vlogbir Digital may display completed projects in its portfolio or promotional materials for demonstrating its work.

If a project contains confidential information, clients may contact us to discuss appropriate restrictions.

16. Prohibited Activities

Users must not use the platform for:

• Fraudulent or unlawful activities
• Distribution of malicious software
• Copyright infringement
• Unauthorized access to systems
• Abuse of payment systems
• Activities that violate applicable law

18. Service Suspension
